How ozone works?

Hi y'all

I'm thinking on investing in an ozoner (Diamond Air Eco) but im not quite sure how to use it. Im I supposed to use it inside the tent or in the room? Is it even good for getting rid of smell?

Here is an article...at the bottom is some information on Ozone generators. They are not recommended.
