How often should I water rockwool?

Temp 70-75 RH 30-40
2"rock wool with germinated seeds.
Can anyone help me how many times in 24hours should I water them till the roots are long enough to reach the water.

I soak mine for a few hours before putting the sprouts in, that's it. In a cube that size the roots will poke out of the bottom before you would need to water it. Air blowing past the cubes is not a good thing because it will dry them out, so either keep them out of air currents or get the ones that are wrapped.
