how much power constumpion before the power company raises a concern to the police?

I have a two family and am responsible for the common areas of the house so I have 2 meters between the two my bill is almost 500 a month nobody's come nockin yet but I pay on time, it is a concern
 
I agree with the fella here. I don't pay any electricity but the company knows about it and doesn't care. If I were to pay I'd still bypass the AC's (got four) and the growing gear but accepting the risk that comes with it. Get a good electrician to make a second fuse box hidden and bypassed just for certain things
 
We have two people in our house and when the tent is running we are on par with a 5 person household according to the stats on our bill. But we live in a cold climate and a single semi decent heater would use 3x the amount of energy as the tent so its not really suspicious.
How much product do you need?

Unless you're running a 1kwh or greater grow then I wouldn't worry too much. Like others stated pay your bill and all is good.
 
Never had that happen and ive had HUGE amounts of energy used. If you wanna save money in the long run get a solar panel kit. comes with 1-2 solar panels, bunch of stuff and a baterry box, for a couple hundred $$ and build up and use most of thta energy for random home stuff or the grow room itself.
 
^^^ im about to invest in some :) but i got a portable kit for Rv's and whatnot. Works great for keeping setups offgrid if youre worried about popo,
 
I looked into solar panels they would only put a % of my usage worth of panels on not enough for my whole usage and they would only use 1 electric meter to calculate the number of panels on my house so if they put 46 panels on my roof the elec bill on that meter would drop say 80% but the cost of the panels would be about 70% of the original electric costs If that makes any sense what so ever lol so I will wait until things change or I can buy /build my own.
 
the whole thing about solar panels is that its an investment, obviously youre not gonna make your money back for getting a legit solar setup right away but you do save so much electricity that in a couple years, youve saved the panels worth. my grandfather put 60 or so panels on his house several eyars ago, we all thought it was a waste of money but nah he be saving thousands....

I run 2, 1000watt hps along side 350w 200w and 100watt leds and I also run 2, 5000btu A/Cs 1 in each tent so that's why I'm wondering. Because Iv been useing 800kwh by weekly on my energy bill cost is only 100bucks a month including house hold useage but the transmition/distirbution charge is like 150bucks but my power is always payed as I pay 2months ahead of time. I just woundered about this has anyone used this much power?
 
Wait a minute....im stick straight n read wrong. So you are worried about consumption...ok. Sorry I'll shut up now. Me and my tvs and computers plus ac take most of my power. I know nothing. Ignore me. I'm using cfls anyway. Duh.
