How Many Plants?

Just looking for some ideas here. I have a 4x4x8 tent that I did 4 plants in with little training for my first grow, I'm not germinating my second set now and I only put three seeds into the dome. How many plants do you grow in yours? I think this may be my last soil grow and I may switch to hydro next time. I plan to Manifold train these ones this time, since my last grow was from teens and it was too late. Is 3 a good number or am I still going to be too crowded? Does the number change for a hydro grow? Still contemplating one of the BC Northern Lights producers but can't quite pull the trigger on the price tag!

One more question - How did you get a relationship with your collectives to assist them in their helping other patients with your excess grow??? Does that make sense

Using my bucket RDWC system I need about 2 square feet of floor space for each plant. Access is an issue for me because I'm an amputee so layout needs to allow me to work on the plants. I will need to rebuild my grow space this summer to make it easier for me. Using a walkin closet with a 5' x 6' area. I will run 4 buckets along each wall and the rez will be at the back end. Having an aisle,down the center will be great. I'm currently building a couple of COB light bars for next year so it should be interesting.
I have also run into your 'problem'-having much more bud than I can use. I have a friend of mine that I gave a single girl from my outdoor grow last summer. She ended up with over a pound of bud from Bertha-glad that I could help.
