How many more weeks until harvest?

She is 8 1/2 weeks into flowering I’m having a hard time reading the status of the trichomes. They seem to look cloudy but at the same time clear. Many fan leaves are starting to yellow, and pistils are beginning to die back. How many more weeks would you say until harvest day?

I see... I am anxious to get to the harvest date. Just today I found another bud that had bud rot. Despite having better ventilation, I'm at the mercy of every cool and stupidly humid day and night.
 
21 posts in this forum about weed. Don't take this the wrong way but I'm going to assume you have not done too much growing?
I do not know what is worse: Running out of weed and not knowing if you will hook up today or tomorrow or wondering when your trichomes are going to be ginger enough. The four-letter 'P' word is Patience.
Lemme throw this down. As soon as you harvest, you will still have time before you can do much with it. Fucking P!
I promise, the anxiety gets easier. It doesn't go away. It just gets easier. And if you didn't, and if you don't know, check out the link I shot you up top. It'll help explain what to look for to get what you're looking for.
 
Id agree your easily 2 weeks, but personally id lay money on month if you go to full amber. If possible add more fans to keep that air moving really keep it moving, especially at lights out. Water at first light so the plant has all day to use up water. watering in the late afternoon or evenings can cause condensing humidity at cooler lights out temps. Watering slightly less on water days may help as well. Usually we water until it runs out the bottom, watering a little less so it doesn't run out the bottom may help with this as well. The down side to that is you'll be watering more frequently. A little extra defoliating may help as well, allowing air to circulate through the plant better. These are all little tricks that have helped me in the past. The good news is though your in the window now, let it go as long as you can but keep an eye on it and if it starts go south, you can harvest knowing you'll still get some decent stuff.
 
Yep 2wks for sure probably 3. Unless she finishes suddenly in like 4 days. Some cultivars I've ran with have done that so basically keep a sharp eye for a sudden finish but expect 2wks for sure maybe 3. Good luck growmie
 
No offense taken! This is my first ever grow (and the first ever plant in general I have raised outside). I know patience is key, but some of these molds and mildew popping up are spooking me just in time for the Halloween season. So far, I have lost 3 bud sites and it's a dagger every time.
Also, the trichomes are tripping me out: Just looking at the flowers, I could swear that they look milky as if they are ready to go. I take my new magnifying glass and the majority turn out to be clear(ish) still! I just HAD to ask the Pros to read their thoughts in their own words.
 
I check on her at least twice a day mornings and evenings. I am watching those pistils slowly get more brown and brown every day. It sucks that I don't know the strain. But brushing your hand against the flower smells exactly like Skittles. Candy sweet fruit, with maybe a pinch of gas. (maybe it's the Z!)
 
If you have mold, you have mold. Doesn't matter when you harvest. Worry more about getting rid of mold when you see it while everything else is ripening.
Check your trichomes in different light. That can make a difference.
 
LDC, would you mind throwing up a picture or two of your tent? I am curious about your vans and venting and such.
Also, a whole plant picture?

post # 6.1 No offense taken! This is my first ever grow (and the first ever plant in general I have raised outside). It looks to be under a tarp. LunarsDankCage, when looking at trichomes you want to look beyond the trichomes on the sugar leaves as they will turn cloudy faster than deep in the bud....thats where you want to be checking them. I'm saying 3-4 weeks.
 
I have only recent experience with bud rot. That experience is only in forum pictures I've been looking at, now that I have a decent TV.
I am noticing buds with bud rot get gray hair instead of ginger. Is that accurate?
 
Sometimes grey, sometimes black, sometimes white. Depends on the rot and where. There's a few types
