how long to grow

My plants have seemed not to be taking up any more water they are in week 9 and week 10 plant leaves inside buds are turning brown buds are hard and colorful I'm wondering if I'm done do I need to be cut down.

Definitely going to need pics. Some strains wrap up flowering by week 10, so it’s certainly possible that they’re ready. Need to see stigmas and trichomes.
