how long from seed to seedling?

hey ppl. i put some seeds in shot glass and waited till i saw the tap root giving me the finger, stuck them in some good soil but 36 hrs. later i'm not seeing anything. is this typical? my last batch sprouted over night.---different seeds

Give them some more time, might take 3-4 days.

You probably got stoned and let the leprechaun plant them. Them fukers might have dropped bean but I wouldn't trust them.
