How long do you keep the filter/fan on?

Hi guys, I have to harvest two G14 plants, and I want to use the tent as a dryer. How many hours per day I should use the filter and fan?

Always. Stagnant air can cause issues. There are devices that run the fan high during lights on and low during lights off. Titan controls makes one. I’ll try to find and link.

The centrifugal fans are fairly robust. I run mine 24/7. Some of my fans were bought used and still run 3-4 years after purchase. I’ll let you know if I burn one up, but my oldest fan is over 5 years old (bought new).
 
The inline 4 inch I currently have is set to turn on to a preset speed based on temp. It runs extremely quite and does not draw as much power as my old one. Motor bearing on it crapped out but it had run none stop for at least 5 years.

In my grow area I need the fan running 24/7 because of smell. Cigars only hide so much :-)
