How long can mixed nutrients last?

Hi, first grow going on here and about to start actually feeding the ladies. I'm using Biobizz Light Mix soil as well as the Biobizz Starter Pack line of nutrients. I have 3 autoflowers in 5 gal fabric pots, and since they're just out of the seedling phase, they're only getting about a cup and half of water. if i mix the first "week" of nutrients (basically a root stimulator) and only use a few cups, can I use a few more cups on the next watering in two days?

Are you aerating the mix with air-stones? If I leave my nutrients out for any period of time, I prefer to have air stones to keep the solution mixed thoroughly. I try not to go past 24 hour, but 48 has happened.
