How do you smoke? Glass or Rolled?

Always been a rollie person. Tried glass but never enjoyed it as much, crazy expensive, require lots of attention and its a 5 second pleasure hit (this is a personal opinion).
I love rolling on the other hand, very therapeutic, simply sitting down and lighting up, listening to some music and enjoying the moment for the next 30min, its my happy place.
Instead of making art with a pen and paper as a "kid" I made art with weed and paper, Absolutely loved the challenge of rolling those kind of weird ass joints, its definitely is a form of art, try it.
Slightly unrelated but my dream would be to grow some that has the most amazing taste but with none of the high. I enjoy the high but I enjoy the taste much more.
If anyone has some recommendation on that I'm all ears

Hi ctownsfinest407. When I'm by myself I smoke a small manzanita wood pipe I made 25 years ago. If we have company I roll joints. My wife mostly vapes. She's sensitive :big-smile:. Just about everyone we know only rolls joints. How 'bout you?

Lol...most of my joints end up really fat at one end as I am a "disabled" roller. Never the less, I started loving glass bongs when I was a teenager and have found it is still my favorite way to consume. Nice, big rips off of a clean, cold bong is the tops for me. Unfortunately, a little over consumption and my lungs get a bit caked so I have compromised with this vape set up. I try to use it at least 50% of the time and has helped. But yeah, bong hits for me!

Hubby is the roller in the family. Whenever we get together with his family (about once a year) he always the designated joint roller. I'm not a big user, smoking makes me cough, but I still manage to hold enough in to get high. We are switching to vape system very soon.

Thanks for this link. I also am looking for high CBD strains. I do have some already picked out and on their way. Out of all the choices in the link, I think I saw 2 that I've ordered. Can't wait to grow one.

I used to roll up doobies, but now I use a soda (a beer can works also) can, slightly depressed on one side, poke several pin holes in the indention and one larger hole in the bottom (carburetor!). When it gets too crusty and old, throw it away and make another one.
The reason I quit using papers is that several years ago, I read an article about cancer causing agents in tobacco smoke. Almost half of the agents came from the cigarette paper.
I also enjoy having a cup of 'tea' (made from my dry ice hash) as well.

But from what I remember I thought smoking out of a can like that causes vapors of some kind and is bad for you....
I don't remember fully...I still hit the can when there is absolutely nothing else available...
Smoking out of an Apple is great as well...haha

Don't use the specially lined cans (some beers like Keystone and others) and, always, rinse them out (vaporized sugar residue tastes nasty!!). I use DR. Pepper cans myself.
The 'vapor' thing you remember may have been that years back, a report had been put out trying to link aluminum oxide (from cooking utensils) to Alzheimer's disease. But, what I remember of my chemistry classes is, that in order for an oxide of a metal to be toxic, it has to be soluble in water and aluminum oxide is not soluble in water. I could be totally wrong on this, after all, those classes were over forty some odd years ago, I think.?
