How do I plant this?

I needed a pot to grow my cat *Cat grass he loves it. So I liked this one and sent away for it but I don't get it , do I need a net pot with this kind? I know someone has these pots but I'm seeing so much I forget who.
The seeds are big for the grass any ideas how to do this right?

I would put your pebbles in pot...put a piece of window screen on top of pebbles...place your seeds on the screen possibly a little bit larger screen over the seeds then top off with pebbles....turn on water....watch grow....cut said grass...get cat high...laugh...repeat...
