How bad is dew on plants for 8 hrs?

So the power went out...again. Luckily it was during the girl's dark period but with the temp in the upper 40's (F) and the humidity at 86% and having just watered one of my girls last night, the plant i watered is covered in dew. I keep blotting it off every couple hrs but it keeps coming back. My question is, how bad for the plant is this? It's about 2 weeks from 12/12 and a week since first pistols so the buds are not big, just little budlets. Power came on 15 min ago and now i have fans to help. I swear, you wouldn't think i lived in a major metropolitan city with the number of times the power went out this fall. Im gonna have to invest in a generator.

thinking moisture is the main ingredient for initiation of mold growth I think it is a good start ....but it takes something like 18 hours for mold of ideal conditions for any spores to take hold. Under ideal conditions, it takes 24 to 48 hours for mold to germinate and grow. Typically, the spores begin to colonize in 3 to 12 days and become visible in about 18-21 days.

this always sucks. Our power is un-equally reliable... really saying it fails several times a year and not just for a few hours. Once if fails to come back in 5 minutes, it typically means 6-9 hours. The best was 15 days. Yes we have a generator. And I think you’re ok as long as it does continue every day

I figured i was ok. I just had never seen that much water on my indoor plants! Thanks for putting my mind at ease. I'll keep an eye on it. We had the power go out for 4 days earlier this summer. I couldnt imagine 15 days! I cant even count how many times the power has gone out for less than a minute. Frustrating, as the lights take 15 min to cool then turn back on but not as bad as many hours, esp with a hydro setup (have both coco and hydro going right now).

Yeah i was thinking about that. The only issue i was worried about was more the lack of air circulation with the water than just having water on the plant. Not having power is a pain in the ass i tell ya! I hope i dont run into any issues with my late flower girls. I havent been able to get a good look at those yet.

Funny thing about the 15 day outages...The cable TV box worked so as long a the generator was running, we had TV !!!
