How and what to trim

Hi guys as I’m new to this someone mention yesterday I need to trim my plant?
how and where I did trim the big one of fan leaves? Is that all I trim

Imo you need to cut nothing. they look beautiful, when you grow outside you have the best light available most defoliation is done to get light to penetrate through the top canopy but outside the light comes from everywhere and will penetrate without it

Yeah I think ph water and some food is all they will need, I also recommend a little preventive pest control because it's much easier trying to keep the damn bugs away then it is to get rid of them once they are there. Some soapy water or neem oil helps
