How am i gonna wire this Fan ? [Picture]

At previous i wired fans only has 2 cables. Now this one has 4 cables which ones to use and which ones to not or does it work differently i have no idea.

Please, help me if you have any knowledge.

2 of those wires will be a hot and ground like your old setup. The other 2 wires : one is speed control and the other is to monitor fan speed. If you hook up the hot and ground only, it should just run at full speed.

It's hard to tell from your picture the true colors of your wires, but this is the most likely scenario:

Black - Ground
Yellow - 12v +
Green - Speed sensing / tach
Blue - Speed contol

You will want to use the black and yellow wires.

Thanks but as in ground and hot means what ? I have 2 fans with 2 wires parallel attached.
it has 2 colors black and red.
so now i wire black to black and red to yellow to my old fans?

By the way, very helpfull enviroment we have here, appreciated.

Ground is negative (-) usually black
Hot is positive (+) this case yellow often red

yes connect black to black. Red to yellow
