Horns? What are these

I’ve asked a couple weeks back what these growths were. Someone said it’s pre flowering now the whole plant has them! What are they! I’m new to growing & I’ve only seen buddies do indoor. I’m doing my first grow outside. Figured it’s better but I’ve never seen these green horns before. Help again? Sorry still learning this forum group is amazing

This site is pretty awesome and imo has the friendliest, most helpful members. I’ve picked up quite a few pointers since joining. Hopefully things will change and society will stop treating a plant as a controlled substance. Until then, this is the only place some of us can openly talk about something we enjoy doing.
