Never had these...please help me!

If they are scales then I read that...monterey garden insect spray with spinosad....is recommended....any suggestions?

Does not say if can get on the buds....How would you avoid it anyway

There are a couple threads with similar things around (edit: around the web that is), all are both without an explicit tag on what it is, nor a solution... Nor a serious problem... Someone suggested it might be white flies, someone else suggested you get rid of all those eggs asap and use som neem oil... probably nothing you haven't figured out so far...

I have not seen any kind of bug in my tent....none...of any kind...ever!

If no new ones appear I guess you're good, and will just have to put it among other X-Files...

Do they move? Scales can look a couple of different ways, as there's different types of scales, and some insects are only scales at certain life stages. Most types of scales start out moving when they're young, but eventually pick a spot and never move again. At that point it can be hard to tell they're even bugs anymore. Removing all of them that you can see is probably the best thing you can do because they don't really spread that fast. If you have a really big infestation, one idea is bringing the plant outside and spraying off as many as you can see (but it sounds like you already got all of them since there was only three). Spinosad should definitely help as well if they're scales (as well as against lots of different types of bugs)! Insecticidal soaps and neem oil are also good preventatives against scales and many types of bugs Essentria IC3 is another one that I like - it's basically a mix of various horticultural oils based on plants with natural insecticidal properties.

My first thought was a Mealybug, anyway if it is a scale type insect if you take a Q-tip with alcohol on it (not a ton) and touch it it will die instantly. [h=1][/h]
