High TDS, tap water and nute solution

My tapwater is sourced from local wells and 'processed' by the local provider, prior to reaching the home. Tap TDS is normally 400 - 430, but when using a countertop RO device, I can get TDS down to 200 - 300. Would the 200 - 300 TDS water be acceptable mixed with the hydroponic nutes in a DWC bucket? Thanks for your insight. -tom

I've always used rainwater that reads zero. Never used RO for plants.
Just use quality nutes and you should be fine I am thinking.
