Hgrope 7W for start?

Honestly, that's a saving that isn't worth it. Don't know if what you're saying for start it's from seed or cloning but if you're starting from seed you should keep a 250W 2-3ft away from your seedlings, IMO don't try this lamp if you have a 250W, your plants won't thrive at all. Cannabis needs a lot of light in order to thrive best and that doesn't seem to be the matter with such a low wattage lamp.

@edit there are a few tutorials in GWE website, take a look and you'll learn from the best.
 
I know its very low wattage but i was wondering because the first leaves are very small so maybe its enought, i dont talk about cloning just when you start new seeds. I compare with this kit for start with a simple T5 or CFL light :

Because if run my 250W in my box then i have to start my fans too (the humidity raise easily in enclosed space) and for the first week it seems a waste.

It could be interesting to find a test between this kind of low wattage led and a classic system T5 or CFL for start! :)
