Hermit seeds

Hi doctor, I had to relocate a 8 week old plant (cereal milk) it didn't get as much sun light and stressed out. Turned hermit, lots of seeds starting to grow. Can I get good seeds out of it or will they all be hermit?

The chances of hermies is increased, not mandated but S1 seeds are not the best, yes they will grow and be feminized.

I think the plant needs more fertilizer and it wakes up in good health)))
