A thing about the plant diagnosis page is it is chock full of pictures. You don't need to know what you are looking for when you start. Scroll the images and see what clicks.
It looks like you have a couple things going on. I see white spots and splotches on some of the lower leaves on the first and second pictures.
Get yourself a loupe, strong magnifier, or camera/cell with a good zoom and look at the tops and bottoms of the leaves. Especially the bottom. If you do not see anything at first, look away and check the leaves again. You are looking for bugs. They can be smaller than any bug you have ever seen. Look for webs, too.
The white splotches I might see might be WPM.
I don't see any fans. That tent is a four-fan-minimum. It would be if it were mine, anyway. Four plus exhaust.
Are your bags sitting on the tray? It may be a tray for catching runoff but not for bags. Bags need air on the bottom. Without fans, you are more prone to things like bugs and WPM. You are more-more prone to bugs if you are using soil and not using fans and are sitting flat bottom on the tray.
You already have the other droopy leaves post so I won't talk about that. Not something I have dealt with.

I will not disagree with the wind burn diagnosis. Only question it. Plants can take a lot of wind with no issues. How far away and what sort of fans were you using? Wind burn will be localized where the wind was beating the plant.
Get up close and personal with one of those leaves. Pluck a bad one. If it is wind burn, move the fans and your problem is solved. If it is bugs and you treat it as wind burn, your next thread will be about getting rid of bugs and part of my personal solution is to put fans where the bugs are.
Realize one type of damage/issue/whatnot can look like another. Yes. A number of the images in the link look like what you have. The others do not. Eat the whole burrito, not just the carne asada. The video will show you what too much wind is.

Everyone of us is still learning. Y' got old smuckers around here who have been growing since before you and I were born but still have questions. I see circulation and ventilation as two of the biggest issues people deal with when they first get growing in a tent.

Start with a good defoliation of all your major fans. At this point, all you want are flowers, sugar leaves, and whatever the fan leaves are that are not the major fans. Just the ones growing directly from the colas. Check GWE for guidance. You cannot remove too much at this point. Really. Don't be afraid. You need to open your plant up for circulation.
Like I mentioned, number one in my personal pantheon of bug stoppers is the humble fan. Whoever reads in on this will be giving suggestions for alcohol and H2O2 solutions. Me, personally, another thing I have done but do not recommend because I have not seen anyone else do this and I may be anomalous, but, I got rid of aphids during flowering by putting fans on them. I am somewhat of a fatalist in that if I see bugs, I give up. I will not use poisons and have had almost zero success with the myriad of home remedies.
