Yes been in flower for 60 days 10 plants

Ok so I'm going to say No on the hermie, I think I see a pistils growing out, I have them to on my lower part of some colas at the main stem. If indeed its a Calyx and has a pistils then may I suggest to pop it to see if there's a seed in there.

There are pistols coming out did pop one open and no seed

I popped one of my too , I just remembered that I had nanners on this plant so just give your plant a good look over I think this is common to some strains but we got talking so I got looking and that was the only plants that had spots for them. Kind of a side cola on a cola off a main branch.
Mine had a goo ball.

I agree as well. It does look as if a pistil (or stamen) is sticking out.

Thanks Alltatup twice for that. I found a "aborted bud" on a second strain they were just really prevalent on the P.chunk.
