Herbs?

Anyone growing herbs or veggies alongside their cannabis? I want to keep a small herb garden in one of my tents. I love fresh herbs... I hate paying grocery store prices for a giant bundle of cilantro when all I needed was a few sprigs. I think I can make room for a few.

I am currently doing just that. Basil, calantro, rosemarry, mint, thyme and a few others. Only in my vegging area. I also have a lot of Veggies growing also I love Brussel sprouts for some reason and have a few growing. Open area in a tent or growing area is a waste in my option why not grow something with that space.

I don't think it's a waste. Just because I can jam 10 plants in my tent doesn't mean I should. I'm not trying to maximize my grams per watt or anything. I have 2 4x4 tents and I only grow for me and my wife. I think it'd be cool to have some fresh herbs from the garden in the middle of winter.

I have tried growing herbs in the tent and found I just kept introducing/inviting more pests/problems.
So, I have the herbs in another room growing in the sun with supplemental lighting - not in use for my cannabis plants.
I actually used basil to perfect taking/care of clones before I attempted on cannabis.

My concern has been that the other types of plants in my grow room may attract incents that would hurt my cannabis. I have no evidence of this happening, just a concern.
