Help is this normal? I am a new grower using 1200w bestva led& 3sets t5
the air temp is 81 degrees the cfms are 250 day 37of vegetation

I agree with Jeg, I do not see anything except the little white spots on a few of the leaves. Can You get a closer look at these spots, to see if they are critters or a critter's eggs? Over all, the plant looks to be healthy.

That one leaf looks a little light burnt. How high is your led from your plant? What distance does the manufacturer suggest it to be?
