HELP! Help

My leaves are yellowing with brown rust spots and seems to have stopped growing I am using Pro mix HP with Green Planet 3 part nutes pH at 6.3 thought it was cal deficiency used cal-meg for3 feedings still no change

I use the same soil and the green planet nutes - but I use the green planet ProCal and not calmag. Have no problems related to nutes - conditions outside are ideal for WPM,so I'm preventing that.

20"x40" closet
pro mix HP
1500 w philzon led / 281 actual watts
green planet nutes + botanicare Cal-meg
temp steady at 74-75f
Humidity 45-55 %
2 x oscillating fans 24 hr
4" vortex fan 24hr
4 x Crown Royal /Femanised
7 Gal biobags/pots

And the mother started to do this 1/2 way through flower as well finished fine
