Hey All... Could use some help ID'ing the cause of the brown spot on this leaf! Thanks!

if its the only spot then it must be just a damaged leaf and nothing to worry about, if this is happening all over the plant then you have a problem but it doesnt look like it

I don't think the brown spot is your problem. Look at the white blotchy spots. That looks like Thrips.
