Hey guys this is my first ever grow I have some SFV OG and it's on the 6 week but I noticed the the weird bud development on the left plant can someone help me.

So I just have to punctual turning off and on the led?

I looked at the first picture, sorry I skip led pictures because I can't tell alot of problems in the blazing red lights. My bad.
after a second look your plant is really close to the light you first need to raise the light up. How many watts and what brand of light is it?
this can be caused from heat/light stress and is called foxtailing.

It's 80 watts and I don't know the brand I just got it at Home Depot

And if it's foxtailing is there anyway I can fix it and will it hurt my yeild or the quality ?

80w is not that big of a light to start, that's why you are foxtailing. Your buds are going to end up light and airy. Unfortunately you are going to need to get more light on your plants in the future. Your plant does look nice, but with more light next time they are going to be a lot nicer! I use a 50w led to sprout my seeds until I put them in my soil mix then into my tent. I run 2 350w LED lights in the tent. Think sunlight...they love light. You'll find with more light your buds will be bigger and thicker. Congrats on your first grow, but definitely do the next one under more than an 80w led...add some CFLs or get a higher W led off Amazon, at least a 350w.

Looks like reveg an foxtails to me, Mr.furley got it right like he always does,.
Foxtails are mostly caused by too much heat in flowering, I've had some start foxtails at 80degrees.
Lower your heat if possible, and get a good breeze blowing on your plant.
You can still smoke it.
I'd check my timer real good, like Mr.furley said and good luck.
