looks like light burn to me how far away are your lights and what type of light hps 14 to 20 inches away leds 18 to 30 inches away and t5 4 to 6 inches . I have had plants grow into t5s and burn like that . that is the top of your plant correct if its in the middle its something else .

When you ask a question it is by far alot easier for us to help if you give all the information what type of lights what you are growing in Dirt,coco.hydro ,what you are using for nutrients ,temp,humidity it all makes a difference

I'm the same as OJH,, can you put a picture of the whole plant on here ?
Looks burnt to me to along with several other things.

Temp is 24 growing in half coco Pete and half soil. And got a 600w hod dual spectrum, light is over 20inch away. But did have a heater fan in there to keep temp up when rest period. Its only on 3 on the branches?

Was the fan pointing right at the plant in that spot if so thats it wind burn

I've started to get pistols on my Ladies.. But they're green? Do they change to white/grey?

they come out white I think your looking at new growth a picture would be alot easier to tell

What ph are you using. Looks like the leaves are wet. You might need to transplant. Ph for coco should be 5.8 to 6.2. Soil is higher

thats new growth Jamie you can breath a sigh of relief your inter nodal growth is fantastic

Can't see very well, but that looks like pistils to me.
