Evening Adam, just a guess, probably got overwatered a little bit, don't look bad to me, matter of fact looks like she's just before starting to grow real good. They don't want much water at that age.
MrFurley asked the right question.
Oh yeah, she's gonna need transplanting, where her leaves get to the cups edge. Good Luck Adam
