HELP! Help

Hello all
I am very confused about scrog
i have read and reread what is on this site but I am not sure if I am doing it right as some people say that I should not be tucking when I go onto 12/12 but should just let my plants grow normally
Please help me with my grow

I would continue to tuck for about 1-2 more weeks, to fill out your screen more then let em go be sure to keep your canopy flat while tucking, when u notice them no longer stretching, stop tucking. hope this helps!
