HELP! Help Yellow Leaves

I responded to a prior post I had about yellow leaves. I lost my last crop to all yellow leaves except the very top of the buds. Now I am planting seedlings and they are starting to turn yellow too. Please Help!!! DWC led lights, no nutrients have been used yet, about 75 degrees There was no problem like this on either of my first two crops.

DeadlyNedly either your seeds are junk or your light is too strong for those seedling.
