Help with training

Hello there,

I'm at 1 month since seed, with some issues from start, so probably somewhat stunted.
It's my first grow, and a bagseed, so i have no idea what to expect.
Topped after 4th node week ago (there were 5), now the plant doesn't grow up at all, only to width, but extremely fast - every day i look at it i'm surprised how much bigger it grew (very bushy).

The plant is currently at 15 cm height (6"), and as i read online to start flower at 1/3 of grow space, i have about the same size once again before i'll have to start flower (if its not auto).

I would like to start some LST, but don't really know if its right time or what type to choose, and also wonder if i should defoliate.

Any suggestion what i should try for fun and learning as first time grower?

Just keep in mind not to stress the plant at all unless she's in vigorous growth. I would say to wait until she starts some upward growth again. She's mighty pretty!!!
