HELP! Help with new setup

Hi y'all

So I am currently trying to do a new setup where my growing space will be 120x60x120cm. My question is simple, how do I keep my plants as short as possible?

Im currently running a 120x60x180cm tent with 2 viperspectra p600, 30l pot with soil+perlite mixture. Ive got 2 gorilla glue autos. Now i tried training them, did a topping and lst in circle. Im running 18/6 lights. Im about to harvest, and the plant is 90cm tall with the pot, so not bad I'd say. But still in the new setup thats too much, i want it down to 70 max 80cm to avoid being to close to the lightsource.

Any ideas?

Just read maybe 24 hour light helps as the plant wont srrech so much, others say its not beneficial... dunno. Help pls.

Sure, I've got a lot of them as I have a similar issue.

Read the seed catalogue description of the plant. It should provide a height range. Pick one that corresponds to your needs.
Use small pots such as a 11 L.
LST, LST, LST!
Top your plants
Learn High Stress Training (HST) so you can address late stage height issues.
If you are growing Photo's, you can flip them whenever they attain about 50% of the height you wish them to reach.

My tent is 150cm. I typically grow in 19 L pots and select plants in the 80 to 100 cm range. I have never had a plant grow to the full advertised height.

Hey just a suggestion. You might be a little underpowered for light. A little more power can help keep them from stretching too. Those p600s are pretty small, even with 2 if I remember correctly. About 60 watts at the wall.

All of the above, add strong air movement and more more light. A 4x2 should have a minimum of 240w from the wall to about 320watt. Don't buy crap lights.
