SOIL Help with my outdoor grow please!

My outdoor plants are still in their first pots and haven't transplanted them yet, gonna transplant them in a few days time, they are about 4 weeks old. The days are almost 14 hours of sunlight, still becoming longer. I have this one starting to flower, will she be able to reveg? or should I get another plant?

Almost 14 hours of sunlight ? It’s means it will flower.
everything under 14 hours will make the plant flower.
I can reveg of course, but when do you have like a least 15-16+ hours ??
it won’t happen before that

It's going to be 15h+ in about a month. Should I use artificial lighting?

That is what i would do.
4 weeks is much. You are going to lose a whole month then.
