COCO COIR Help with dosage of my fertilizer

Hello,
I am a beginner grower and I bought the most recommended fertilizer which is GHE Flora Tripack. The thing I am interested in is how much ML of each fertilizer I need to use in each stage of the grow because I saw online 3 different calendars of the amount and on the bottle, it says differently.
Has anyone tried it and possibly knows how much I need to use and when?

I use 10 MLS of grow in a gallon 1 or 2 ml of micro in a gallon and 10ml of bloom in a gallon plus 1 ml calmag per liter of water so usually 4 ml in a gallon. This is as strong as I'll go. This is for aggressive veg growth then I get rid of the grow when I go into bloom and just use micro and bloom n calmag. This is what I've found works for me but everyone does it different. What I do might be too strong for some and 2 weak for others
welcome to the forum. I've use GH for a few years now it's what I stick with. Go with what you know kind of thing eh.
I'm sure you'll get a few different options to choose from with other people letting you know what they use.
