Help with defoliating bushy plant in flower

I need some help with defoliating my flowering plant. She's was switched over to flower almost three weeks ago, so I know I'm reaching the end of the time that I should be defoliating. She's really bushy from not enough LST before switching, so I'm afraid of taking off too much or taking leaves from the wrong areas. I've attached some photos from after my most recent defoliation.

My thumb rule is. Every leave that is blocking a potential bud site, I remove. Every leave that is touching each other and can potentially make some mold or Stagnant air, I remove.
but this process can be done over the next two weeks. If you are scared of taking of to much leaves at one time. Take a little off, look at it from above, from the sides and from under. Many angles as possible- And you will see if more is needed. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast 👍🏻

im in a process where I have a huge amount of bud sites with my plants - and taking every leave of in one day will be too much - also the leaves tend to grow a little bigger - so maybe I’m 1-2 weeks you have new leaves either blocking the bud sites or touching each other.
So I remove a little one day, and wait a couple of days and remove some again. Some days I only take 1-3 leaves totally and waiting again. Not saying my method is “the” method. But it helps me not stressing my plants. Because sometimes I toke off to much and I’m stressing the plants more than needed.

Wow! she's a monster...second pic is a good one. You want to expose all those snowballs. Try and tuck those big leaves down under your bud sites..if the dont want to co-operate..cut them off. She could use a good defoliate real soon..nice canopy, looks healthy
