Help: what are these spots

So this is my fourth grow. We sprouted seeds, transplanted from solo cups into root trapper pots and then yesterday began our manifold process. Today however the leaves on this plant and one other look like this... I've never run into this before. I don't use nutes, I grow with kind soil on the bottom and coco loco on the top. Any help is appreciated. I looked at the sick plant guide but I can't find anything.
