HELP! Help what are these bugs/marks

Anyone know what these marks are from and if you can see the little brown bug with a fluffy white tail he's hella fast so I did my best but any help would be much appreciated thanks.

Hard to say... outdoors all types of bugs are present. All types that live in your area, and love cannabis that is.
I do see thrip damage. Possibly leaf miner/hoppers. Maybe more. A good Organic insect soap application will help. Maybe start a colonization of lady bugs To assist. I would think about breeding/adding Beneficial predator bugs to combat the ones that damage plants.
 
I'm going to pick up on Toker1's assessment of possible leaf miners. The clarity of the images isn't good enough for me to see, exactly. Leaf miners are easy to spot. At the end of one of the discolored 'trails' you will see a little black dot. A trail will start real thin and get wider towards the dot. The dot is the miner. A leaf miner is larvae from any number of insects. So it's a two way approach: get rid of the leaves that have the miners and get rid of any bugs you have around.
Alternately with getting rid of mined leaves, you can squish the black heads and kill them. A chore if you have several.
This has been my approach. I don't use sprays so don't know about neem oil or any of the others.
 
Only reason I'm going to use something like been oil cause between the mini grasshoppers plus all these other things I need SE kinda help
 
Right on. I don't know your grow situation. I've been fortunate enough not to worry about anything I couldn't take care of without pinching, plucking, circulating, or diatomaceous earthing.
 
Well number one I'm 3/4 veg 100%flower outside so bugs are there obviously but on top of that the people I live with are old school and just don't trust the government so they don't want me growing my full plants on our property so I've contacted the guy that owns the 140 acres behind me that's not taken care of by any means other than a grass drive down the middle so he can access the property but I'm in an area with some trees not alot but enough to block prying eyes of flowering plants from other people that butt up to his land like me but there's small enough trees the ground cover goes wild so it's all like 3-4ft tall grasses bushes wildflowers weeds ECT so around my plants I've "crop circled" like 4ft on all sides of my plants but I have to keep up with it cause I haven't sprayed anything so after a few days and especially around my plants after I water some stuff stands back up kinda and makes perfect highways to my plants I'm thinking of A putting down a tarp or plywood or something to give me a better floor but I'm worried about them making my pots/roots hot maybe paint them white but I live by a news station and helis fly over everyday so not that I have anything to worry about I just don't want to bring trouble for anyone so the less noticable the better and option B is to put some stakes outside me plants reach and bug net all the way to the bottom of my pots to keep out all but super tiny bugs
 
That, my friend 405microgrower , is a right nice neighbor. Might want to slip him a few buds for the real estate loan.
I've gardened outside. Family garden. Tomatoes and squash and basil and such. There are enough problems to take care of that I don't know how keen I am about growing directly outside. Mind you, had I the space and no problems with nasties, I'd be all over it.
 
I have no problem throwing some his way cause I have 17 plants atm atd 12 are a sativa Dom strain and I prefer indicas so my math even if I get as little as 1 oper plant I'll have over a pound and I don't see me having that low of yeilds outside
 
Lol before it was legal or what ever you want to call it I've dealt with much much more than a pound at once lol but hints why I still don't have a card and even if I did I'm growing 17 plants so either way I'm breaking the law lol but outdoors I've never seen plants yeild less than an oz each plant unless you are dumb and basically doing a 12/12 from seed but outdoors so even if I have bad yeilds asking as 75% end up female I should be on my way to first ever harvest was a pound+ but who knows weather ECT could fuck off my crop so in a perfect world I'll have atleast a pound but we will see come fall how things turn out
 
Well, if you are hang drying an amount that has the potential to overload the support structure. In this case weighing wet weed might be a good idea to ensure the support structure can handle it. I don’t think this is an issue everyone needs to worry about, just playing devil’s advocate. 🧐
