Welcome aboard. How old are the buds in the pics? Maybe it's my monitor but they look kind of brown, like they've been curing for while. It's hard for me to see it, but do they have a soggy looking brown core or patch when you pry the bud open, or maybe some spider webby grey or white fungus looking stuff anywhere in the flower? If none of that stuff is present then I don't see bud rot. Why are you thinking you've got bud rot?

I dont see root rot, bud rot well maybe, to me from here those buds remind me of the paraquat sprayed shit that came out of mexico some years ago. Remember the USAs war on pot smokers?

I see what your looking at, could be rot, I found a small cocoon in a bud today my first thought was bud rot.

Thank all of you so much. A bit paranoid here. Let me try and combine an answer to replies. Old.. over a year. Likely cured a while. Mexico haha, remember those days. Had a large thick main cola. Broke it open while still under lights. Assumed I saw Bud rot. Immediately removed and harvested the rest. Trimming and tossing during that process. More anxious and worried mostly. Here is another pic different buds. Again, thank ya'll so much. Bottom line do I keep or toss?

Also, indoor grow. Not soggy. Buds feel normal. Maybe a bit dry. Still mastering the process. lol oops forgot pic.

Yeah. That's yucky. I wouldn't dab it.
If it is over a year old, I wonder why only parts are yucky. I have not had bud rot but figure it would consume the whole bud in a year.

Well the lack of moisture will stop bud rot (starts growing again with temps and moisture), myself I have 5 YO bud that is not that discolored.
Me, Myself and I would toss anything questionable, its not worth your health! IF the plant had bud rot when harvested, whats the chance you missed some putting it up?
Be Safe!

Most of the myceleum I think it is called is present inside the plant...you can't see it just a little on the outside.

Thanks to all. Going to heed advice and toss. Just a couple weeks away from a new batch. Thanks again, much appreciated.
