HELP, something may be wrong

final weeks of a long battle with my first grow, it's outdoors. I have fought all kinds of pests and some WPM, and everything seemed to be going great, until today, i find a caterpillar on on of her buds, then notice some dying leaves on another. what do you thing caused the dead leaves? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is that brown spot where you took the catapillar? If not to me it looks like beginning rot you could just cut it off

Yeah, looks like the beginning of bud rot. I would wait and watch for one day. If it starts to spread on that bud I would cut off.
