HELP! !Help! Sick plants!!

Ok here goes.

all 3 plants were healthy before i left for a 2 week trip. All are being grown in fox farm happy frog medium with some additional perlite and manure mixed in.

Gave all plants a light solution of liquid fish manure before i left.

Came back and all three are covered in what i think is powdery mildew (not sure). The two large plants have very mild instances of lower leaves yellowing while the small one is significant.

Ran slurry tests and run off.

Small tested 5.9 Ph runoff and 6.6 slurry with 800ppm

Large tested 6.2 runoff and 6.8 slurry with 1120ppm

I always dechlorine my tap water or they get rain.

How to best treat this? Is there a nutrient deficiency or is the fungus causing the deficiency. Also all plants were obviously weak at the roots as they were all leaning over. Felt very weak at the roots.

Looks like WPM to me, but not too advanced yet.

Check the underside of your leaves, too. I see spots.
I also see a very wet environment. Wet, mossy/algae paving stones underfoot. Maybe surrounded by trees? It could be an issue with WPM.

A bit of wpm but the real issue is the pot. The reason they are droopy is because they're a bit over watered (the roots are not getting enough oxygen) try to get your hands on a fabric pot and transplant before flowering. They will also require more nutrients for flowering. The EC inside the soil should be around 3000 to 4000 ppm. Don't water so much that leaks runoff, the nutrients leach out and the plant takes too long to use the water and oxygen runs out
