IDK, I still see a bug issue, I would spray with ISO at 50/50 with water (if you can find it), or spinosad (per label) every 2 days for at least 3 treatments.
What did you use to look for the bugs?
Has you PH meter had a recent calibration?
I dont do DWC so,

Man I hate to see it in that state! some one help this man out. Bud have you check the feed is it clean ? have you been changing the water feed occasionally ? is it algae? what ph you have it on? it looks alot like nitrogen toxicity in pictures in diagnose your plants. here have a look. Anyways Im no expert I myself am having some sort of issues with my babies stunting. So run it by some one with more experience.

I'm on my first dwc grow,so no expert here. Have you tried running straight water for a couple days? When was the last time you calibrated your meter? Most suff I've read says to run the ph at 5.5 to 6 in dec. Wished I had the answer for you, hate seeing sick plants.

"whole res water phd to 6 and added nutes at 50% strength" Hoping the words are wrong but...did you pH the water and THEN add nutes or did you add nutes and pH the mixture? Very different things so just want to be clear.
