Help pick lights

Hi guys, I'm just ordering some bits.
My plan was to have upto 6 CFL bulbs. However I can now get hold of a Maxibright LightWave T5 Grow Light (2x 2ft tubes)
Or for slightly more I can get Phlizon 600W (actual wattage is 100W)



Would this be better than upto 6 cfl bulbs?


I'll be using a 60x60cm Hydro Shoot Tent (one plant)

You can definitely do better'n T5s. Just my $1 (since there's a big shortage of change lol)

CFL's are not very good for flower as they dont penetrate more than a few inches. LED's or HID will penetrate further increasing yield. You will also need 30-60w actual wattage per sq/ft for good bud production. For a 2ftx2ft space you will need a min of 120w (actual) thought 200-250w would be best. Otherwise your bud will be airy and larfy.
