Just a quick one is it worth doing some lst an when should you do it like bending it over

Totally your choice mate. I personally do it after I top my plants. I never do it with my outside plants, and all my outside plants are autos. Because of the sun. But my personal opinion you start when you find it right to do it. I know Nebula has a great tutorial about it 👍🏻

Ive noticed that 1 leaf has started to cup any advice been told could be too much water/heat/nitrogen

Looks like heat/light stress. You use a led right ?
Doesn’t look like too much water.

Think the led ia too bright for the plants mate. It’s made a good taco. Move it further away.
When I got my led lamp in the start, I was burning some of my plants because of the brightness.

Ive moved it further away also ive done a lil bit of lst by bending the plant just unsure of topping yet
