Help my seedling is dying (twisted and all dried up)

Hi, im really desperate, one of my seedling is dying and i dont know why !

It is 2 weeks and half old I give it one shot glass of water (~6.4 ph) or two every day (when the soil is dry at knuckle's depth) and it's under a 18/6 light schedule (2x55W cfl). The temps are a bit high (~30 C) but all my other plants look like they're ok so i dont understand.

They're all in Biobizz's light mix which seems like a good medium for young plants.

I had a hard time finding anything on the internet that looks like what my plant has and one of my seedling already died (was all dried up) now so im really stressed out.

Seedlings need a lot of TLC, it is easy to over or under water. I see no air holes in the pots/cups.
I will suggest putting them in larger cloth pots, then water in a circle around them, to pull the roots out into the soil. Also lift the new pot and note it weight, then water it and lift it again, note the weight. From then on water when the pot is lite.
Also keep an eye out for bugs as the symptoms look much the same.
 
My opinion, not enough water. Once they get that big they start needing more than a shot glass. I usually water enough for about half the pot (I use 1 gallon to start in) every 2 days or so. The bigger it gets the more I water until it's a full pot, usually by end of week 2.
 
Give it a decent amount of water, check the soil later today, tomorrow etc just keep it moist for a week or so. As dried up as it looks, it may take a bit of time to recover and start growing again. These plants are very resilient and it sometimes takes quite a bit to kill them all the way. I'm trying to revive some clones that may be a little worse than that, but I have faith they're going to make it. Maybe spray it with plain water a few times a day if you have a spray bottle handy.
 
At the point of losing your plant...try that...always remember that a seedling can survive overwatering more easily than a more mature plant
