HYDRO Help, my first DWC grow and seedling isn’t looking so well

So this is my first DWC grow with 2 Super Skunks. I have grown many plants with great success in soil so I decided to try and improve so I got a MarsHydrow Top-fed DWC. It’s a 2 bucket set up as my tent isn’t the biggest. It’s my last few SS seeds and don’t want to lose the initial investment. It’s a 32”x32”x62” tent, older LED light, exhausted straight outside. I have a drip ring set of for top fed. PH is 5.7 average. Temps are good humidity stays around 50% give or take.
One seedling is finally taking off and has some roots starting out the bottom of the net pot, but the other is showing signs of not being happy at all. It’s been very slow growing if growing at all. It’s yellowing from the tips of leaves and starting to brown a little. It’s drooping like it’s been over watered but it’s a hydro grow and it’s growing in water, which is 1-2” below net pot. I’m using 50% nutes, GH flora trio, I’m in second week since germination. I feel like they should be bigger and growing faster. Anyone with any advice please help. Thanks guys
