HELP! more light?defoliate?

hello,
i don't know if she would handle more light than this, that's why i am asking.She is under an LED currently running at 130W next step of light would be 190.
i have tested myself, trying to level up my head,cheeks, with the highest part of the plant, now feels ok nice warm cozy, at next step feels little discomfort,little hot, and i guess plant would feel the same.only thing i am after is higher yield.

she is in week 7, auto

And another question, should defoliate?prune? the lower part?

From what I understand removing some of the lower bud sites where you would get fluffy popcorn buds always the plant to put more energy towards the top bud sites where you will get larger more dense buds. With that being said I am not sure if its too far into flower for such an aggressive pruning.
