Hello everyone, is this girl infected with spider mites? Only the buds and small leaves around are not twisted!

In my experience spider mites look like "salt and pepper" on your big leaves. Tiny white dots and tiny black dots. Do you have anything like that?

The buds look sick. Could be the pics but unhealthy growth out of those very dark buds....
