Oh ya shell be fine just less yield that if that light was closer to begin with. Leave ur light either 24/0 or 20/4. For an auto give her high quality nutes and shell be fine

Your plants look good! The 400W HPS is usually kept 30-50 cm (12-19 inches) away. A good point of reference with an HPS light is to put your hand where the plants are for 30 seconds. If it feels too hot for your hand, the light is too close for your seedlings. But don't keep a 400W HPS closer than 30cm or they may get light burn (leaf bleaching).

At this point, I would leave them alone and let them grow. Feel free to keep posting pictures as they get bigger!
