Help! Leaves have strange markings and are crumbling off

So this is my 3rd grow, have had issues with white mildew and aphids before, but this is new to me and doesn't seem to match up with anything I've seen on GWE.
Im just using a potting mix in a pot outside. Ive given it some bloom liquid fertiliser for 3 days now with no noticeable changes..

I'm stumped. It looks similar to leaf miners but not as random.

Yeah there was only that one leaf that looked as though it could be a miner too, the rest just have those small little lines (1-2mm)

What is your Ph levels ?
what kind of soil is that ???
Are you feeding it cal mag ?

The soil is not good, get something that does not have wood chips in it. Wood chip suck up nitrogen from the soil, then when decayed they release it back, not a fast thing. I would guess the PH to be on the high side, because of the wood. The wood holds moisture keeping the soil (if there is any) to wet.
Yep another root issue.
