HELP! Knats? or something else!

Hi, So I have treated for fungus gnats with neem... have dryed out the soil and I haven't seen any in a few days..My plants are still turning yellow and leaves are as pictured. Im sending out an SOS again I need some major help. Thanks. I'm very knew at this and struggling.

Are new leaves showing signs like the last picture? That is Gnats and if so, you still have them.
Damaged leaves won't recover, but new growth should be better.

Yellowing may be unrelated...Could be lack of nitrogen. What are you feeding your plants?

I think I have the knats taken care of..But the yellowing is getting worse rather fast. I have been giving them Alaska, fish fertilizer. I Just got back from the store and picked up some bone meal and blood meal. I'm panicking cuz I'm going to lose my babies... I just fed them the fish fertilizer the other day.. so what should I do next? how do I fix this?
